By downloading or using Silverback Strength Club ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Silverback Strength Club is a strength training community platform that allows users to log lifts, view leaderboards, and receive AI-powered lift analysis. It is operated by Silverback Gymwear Ltd.

2. User Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of videos and content you upload
• By uploading, you grant us a licence to display your content within the App
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice

4. Subscriptions

• Silverback Pro is a paid monthly subscription available via the App Store or Google Play
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store / Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to the App Store or Google Play refund policies

5. AI Features

AI lift analysis is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional fitness or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before undertaking any exercise programme.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the App
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users
• Post false or misleading lift data

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Silverback Gymwear Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
